For the purpose of these terms and conditions the Promoter is UNAT DIRECT INSURANCE MANAGEMENT LIMITED
- This offer is open to all WellWoman policyholders who are UK residents (excluding residents of Isle of Man) aged 18 years or over for new bookings only. This offer is not available to employees of TLC Marketing or agencies appointed by TLC and their immediate families.
- The voucher entitles the bearer to one free pampering treatment for one person at one of the participating venues. Treatments available and their duration vary between venues.
- Only one voucher may be used per person, per household, per venue and per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). The voucher claimant may not claim another free pampering treatment voucher at the same venue.
- All additional customers will pay the full price and all future bookings will be charged at the full price.
- Vouchers are valid until 31/12/2009.
- All booking request forms must be received by TLC Marketing by 31/10/2009.
- Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
- The offer is based on advance bookings only and is subject to promotional availability at participating free pampering venues.
- All booking request forms must be completed in full and submitted with a stamped, self-addressed envelope. Failure to adhere to all of these points will result in your application being deemed invalid and it not being processed.
- Upon receipt of your Booking Request Form, our booking agents will contact you within 28 days to make your booking.
- The "how to use" instructions, above, form part of these terms and conditions.
- On arrival at the venue, the booking confirmation and voucher must be handed over. Failure to produce these will result in you having to pay the full price for your booked pampering session.
- If you are unable to make your scheduled booking, you must cancel your booking by contacting 0871 221 0511 and give at least 48 hours advance notice. Failure to do this may result in a cancellation charge.
- The list of participating free pampering towns/cities remains subject to change. Please contact your chosen venue to confirm continual availability of the offer prior to applying for your voucher.
- Participating free pampering venues are all contracted to participate in the free pampering offer.
- Participating free pampering venues reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. public holidays).
- Information presented is valid at the time of going to press and could be subject to change.
- Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or offers.
- The voucher may only be used once. Photocopied, scanned, damaged or illegible vouchers will not be accepted by participating salons.
- The free pampering voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, cannot be resold and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or redeemed in whole or part for cash.
- TLC will use reasonable endeavors to allocate a salon offering your preferred treatment in your preferred area but this cannot be guaranteed. If the preferred treatment in your preferred area is unavailable the booking team will use reasonable endeavors to allocate another of your chosen treatments or an alternative treatment in one of your chosen areas. Such an offer will fulfill our promotional obligations to you.
- We consider a salon within a 45 minutes journey time (by your usual method of transport) of your residence to be in your area. In the case that there is no venue in your area, your details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited (please allow a maximum of 4 weeks). TLC will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in your area, but if this cannot be guaranteed you will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to you.
- In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking.
- Neither TLC, its agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer, or accept any liability for (a) any non-acceptance by a venue of this voucher or (b) any inability by the bearer to use this voucher properly or at all or (c) the contents, accuracy or use of either this voucher or the venue listing, nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss or injury occurring at the venue, and (d) TLC, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
- TLC reserves the right to offer a substitute reward of equal or greater value.
- The terms of this promotion are as stated here and no other representations (written or oral) shall apply.
- Any persons taking advantage of this promotion do so on complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- TLC reserves the right to vary these terms without notice.
- AIG Direct shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.
