A friendly claims team
The aim of the Over 50 Accident Plan is to get financial help to you following any injury covered by the Plan. Our friendly claims team will be there to help every step of the way.

If you need to make a claim, you simply need to contact AIG Direct as soon as reasonably practical after the accident as we may need to investigate it. You can call 020 8662 8101 or write to: AIG Direct, 96 George Street, Croydon CR9 1BU.

We will send you a claim form that you will need to complete and return to us along with certificates and information in support of your claim. We may also ask you to attend one or more medical examinations. We will pay the cost of any such examination plus reasonable travel costs, if you agree them with us beforehand.
