If you need to make a claim, please contact us straight away so we can start putting in place the financial and emotional support you’ll need.

If you prefer, you can download the claim form below. Please complete this form and return it to: AIG Direct Claims Department, The AIG Building, 2-8 Altyre Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR9 2LG.

Your form should include information and evidence that supports your cancer diagnosis.

We may ask you to have a medical examination. We will of course pay for this, along with any reasonable travel costs you agree with us in advance.

We’ll acknowledge your complaint and keep you updated. Claims complaints can take a little longer, especially if we need to consult medical professionals, but we’ll let you know what information we’re waiting for.

We’ll do our best to resolve your complaint quickly and will send you a final letter that responds to the issues raised. If you’re still dissatisfied, you may be able to refer the issue to the Financial Ombudsman Service. (This doesn’t affect your legal right to take action.)
